Providing
holistic therapeutic education for students
Welcome to BESTuition
BESTuition provides holistic therapeutic education for students in a wide range of subjects.
Our main focus are core subjects (Maths, English and Science). However, we do offer support in other subjects including Art, History and Music. We cover GCSE, Functional Skills and ASDAN, either on a one to one basis, small groups, part-time. Requirements can be discussed upon enquiry.
Meaning of BESTuition
Bespoke
BESTuition offers tailored lessons to meet the needs of each student based upon information obtained through assessments, past records and current circumstances. Learning strategies are employed to ensure progress is made over a sustained period to be agreed upon initial consultation. The strategies are adapted as the student progresses.
Educational
Through BESTuition,
education will always be a priority. However, the method is determined by the needs of the student. Some students require visuals, some require play space, whilst others require self-reflective lessons. Learning beyond the classroom is always a must, delivered by trained specialists in a therapeutic manner.
Support
Support is given to children and parents/carers beyond the classroom to ensure sustained improvements. Not only is our support educational, it is also psychological with our onsite Educational Psychologist. This allows parents/carers to understand the emotional challenges that their children may be facing. Parents/carers are encouraged to work in partnership with us to ensure learning is seamless and sustainable. Regular feedback is given to allow for best outcomes.
Tuition
We raise children’s enthusiasm, confidence and aspirations to help them achieve more than they thought they were able to and improve their school engagement and ultimately school grades. Quality tutors offer small group lessons of no more than 4 children.
Who can use our service
Our bespoke tutoring programme is open to ALL children, aged 5-18, whatever their abilities, to help them reach their full potential.
Our expertise means we can also offer tailored learning and support to children with special educational needs, disabilities, excluded students and children in the Looked After Care system.
